We travel to your club and set up the games in your hall.

Suitable for all ages from  13+

Coaches want to energize their teams with different social activities outside of the normal fitness and skills training. 35Stars is perfect for this, we offer a fun session that lasts about an hour and a quarter that can cater for a group of between 12 and 30 players.

But we do more than just have fun, without most of the players even realizing it we are working on all different aspects of team building.

Discipline, Cooperation, Communication, Inclusion... It's all there

We can do 2 sessions in an evening, or 4 sessions over a day.

‘The 35Stars Team Building session we had with Paul was a fantastic experience for all our players and mentors. The activities

cannot be achieved without clear communication, visual awareness, positive encouragement, balance and coordination; all the quality attributes that makes a great team.
We are always looking to do something different with the lads, to take them out of their comfort zone and the 35Stars activities certainly achieved that requirement. It was also a major plus for us as the 35Stars team could conveniently setup in our own club hall, creating a fun, learning environment while doing so.’

As a manager of a various youth teams over the last 20 years – I understand that as times change – everyone’s circumstances

change – inclusivity is a key ingredient to keeping our young charges stimulated & disciplined as they grow & develop.

Sport can place different challenges on kids that all have different life situations. The team is there to support & achieve - hopefully having fun on the journey.

35 Stars challenges are different to sporting scenarios as they introduce the problem solving & communication aspect of team work - these games are designed to encourage participation and cooperation, so everyone finds themselves getting involved including mentors who were able to reward the teams separately to the stars that they won whenever they saw displaying some of the characteristics that are being encouraged – players input into a list of things that make a team great. Then it was explained to them about why these things are important to the team function – areas like Communication, Positivity, Inclusiveness, Discipline, Trust, Comradery , Commitment, Attitude are all areas that were tested & encouraged on the evening. The games themselves were innovative & definitely encouraged the mentioned principles of teamwork. Everyone had fun on the night – the team was rewarded for its effort, the mentors were encouraged to look for various traits to further reward the kids & yet it still had a sense of competition about it – everyone wants to be a winner……

Overall a great experience was had by all & would fully recommend this for similar type organisations.

We participated in a 35 stars session with our u14 group. The session was well organised and all of the group really bought into it.

It was fun for the group and was a great change from the usual sessions we would have which are specific skills based for either hurling or football.

I would have no hesitation in recommending 35 Stars for groups that want to encourage team building and better communication.
